What Do You Do When THAT MOMENT Arises? Do You Make the “Right” Decision?

We’ve all been there. We are presented with the right choice to make, but in the wrong situation. We know what the “right” decision is, but sometimes it is so hard to make it.

I was there this morning. My alarm was going off, and I reached over and turned it off so as not to wake up my family. It was that moment that I am referring to. I had a choice to make, even though it mainly happened subconsciously.

Here was the decision:

I could have set my phone down, gone back to sleep, and got another hour or so of sleep. The other side of the equation was to get up, go downstairs, work my tail off in my gym, feel better about myself later that day, and start off by dominating my day.

What did I choose, you might be asking? I decided to get my butt out of bed, head downstairs to my gym, put on some rocking music, and crushed my workout. I now feel like a million bucks, had a great start to the day, and have a ton of extra energy to get things (like this post and video that follows) done!

But, what would have happened if I had made the “other” choice?

More than likely, I would be bumming around, getting ready to serve my patients, and not really even realizing how much better I could be feeling.

That’s the bad part about making the “wrong” decision. You usually don’t even realize how crappy you feel in the moment. It is only when you consistently make the “right” decision than you realize how much better life can be on this side.

What One Mistake Are You Making That Is Killing Your Exercise Routine??

How has your exercise routine been lately? Have you been in the gym as often as you would like? Once you do get to the gym, have your workouts been as effective as you wanted them to be?

If you answered no to any of these questions, chances are you are falling victim to this BIG MISTAKE that people make with their workout routines!

What you’ll find, however, is this mistake is easily overcome. You merely need to understand the principle at play. Once you do, your workouts will get dramatically better results than what you probably have been getting.

If you are getting good workouts already, don’t worry! This tip will give you EVEN BETTER RESULTS than you are already getting!


Sounds easy, right? For some people, it really is easy. For me, not so much. I’ve found, for me, that if I try to just “wing it” once I get to the gym, my workout sucks. I spend the majority of my limited time trying to think of what to do next. That doesn’t make for a productive time in the gym!

What I did to combat that problem is stop trying to think. That may sound counter-intuitive, but it really makes sense when you stop and think about it! I started going to a couple of different websites (saved right to the home screen on my phone). They gave me pre-thought out workouts to do, which saves me a ton of time trying to figure out what to do.

Also, (and best in my opinion) these workouts were created by fitness experts! That means you will be getting the best workout…and they are FREE!!

Head over to for free workouts. These workouts are great for anyone, because they utilize body weight movements! I did one this morning and I can barely keep my arms raised to type this message, lol!
